Q1.
Can I get samples of your products?
A: Yes, you
can order samples of our products. Because of the high demand
of our samples, we are now charging $5.00 per sample pack
of Image Trans and Image Cut products (to cover for administrative
expenses). This amount will be credited to your account on
your next purchase of such transfer paper or heat applied
material.
Each sample pack contains 2 to 3 sheets of transfer paper
or a small piece of vinyl film and instructions. Sample packs
are mailed on proper packaging by regular mail (not traceable)
and include its corresponding instructions.
Or if you prefer and you are willing to pay for the freight,
we could ship them by UPS, Purolator, DHL, FedEx, etc. and
charge the freight cost also to your credit card.
If you want to receive samples of Image Trans papers on A4
size, please let us know and if we have A4 size available
at the moment of your request, we'll be glad to send samples
on A4 size. Otherwise please accept samples on 8.5" x
11" size.
When
asking for samples please remember to provide us your full
credit card information and authorization. Also
please provide us as much information as possible about your
business. We want to make sure that you will be able to successfully
use our products. It is important for us to know what brand
and model of printing equipment you have and what transfer
method and equipment you use.
Samples of other products are available but they will be invoiced
at their current retail price. For more information please
contact your sales representative.

Q8.
Will your transfer paper run in my copier or printer?
A: Our Machine
Compatibility Chart will provide you with information
about the suitability of our transfer paper products for use
in a variety of the most common printers and copiers available
on the market. We have assembled this information and continue
to update it based in part on our own internal testing and
largely on feedback we receive from customers.
If your specific model
of printer does not appear on the chart it does not necessarily
mean that our paper will not run effectively in your machine.
We encourage you to contact us if
you have any questions about using any of our transfer papers
in a particular make and model of machine. Joto transfer paper
products run in a wide range of color copiers and printers,
including many of the newer models that use a non-oil based
fusing process.

Q9.
Do I need to use special or sublimation ink with your inkjet
papers?
A: No. You can use any regular ink available on the
market that is compatible with your inkjet printer. If you
already have an inkjet printer at home or at your office,
you can use that printer with the ink cartridges that are
already installed on it.
