The ImageCut system has three main ingredients: speed of production, ease of operation, and the ability to produce several hundred transfers.

The ImageCut system includes four types of films: MultiCut, GlitterCut, Reflect Cut, TuffCut.

MultiCut

MultiCut is a new material manufactured with an integral sticky backing. This material is great for cutting finely detailed logos, and the strong sticky surface allows for perfect positioning and registration with different colors.

MultiCut is available in 24 colors (white, grey, black, gold, silver, burgundy, beige,  turquoise, purple, sky blue, royal, navy, fluorescent green, forest green, green, fluorescent orange, orange, red, fluorescent yellow, lemon, yellow, fluorescent pink, chocolate brown, pink).

GlitterCut

GlitterCut provides stunning visual effects that really catch your eye. Manufactured with an integral sticky backing, GlitterCut offers all the flexibility of our popular MultiCut line.

GlitterCut is available in 9 colors (black, blue, gold, green, pink, silver, purple, red, aqua).

ReflectCut 

ReflectCut allows for the production of highly visible reflective logos. Easy to weed and apply, ReflectCut has a low application temperature and can be applied to a variety of materials including polyester and polyester cotton. In addition, ReflectCut can be applied on top of MultiCut to achieve a multi color print.

Use ReflectCut with your regular blade, while standard reflective vinyl made of glass beads requires specific blades which are much more expensive and labor intensive.
 

ReflectCut is available in 1 color (silver).

TuffCut is extremely durable and is highly recommended for workwear because it can be washed at high temperatures, dry cleaned, tumble dried and ironed. An equally important product benefit is the prevention of bleeding when applied to printed polyester.

Applications for TuffCut include workwear, polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, fleece, and other cotton, polyester or poly/cotton blend fabrics.

This material is easy to weed, can be stretched without tearing or losing form and produces a transfer that feels like it is part of the fabric. In addition, TuffCut can be manufactured to match pantone colors to satisfy specific requirements.
