In accordance with the current PartnersPlus program, Sawgrass offers service for printers under OEM Manufacturer's warranty period to customer's using SubliJet digital transfer inks. Repair service is also available on printers that are beyond the OEM Manufacturer's warranty period for a fee.
Printer repair is only offered at no cost to printers still under the OEM warranty period. Proof of purchase may be required. You may also be required to show proof of purchase of SubliJet inks in the last 12 months.
